Do not use this company! Their prices are on average 50% more than competing companies ($13.08 a loaded mile vs $6.60 from competitors). Additionally, they have many hidden costs that get piled on when you pull your things out of storage. If you have another moving company transfer your belongings from Arnoff's facility, they fleece you with excessive facility handling fees. Also, if you pull your things out prior to the end of the month they do not refund you…. a terrible experience.
