Greatest, cleanest local place where young kids can play and run amok
Great for kids.
As much as I want to write a positive review, after my last few experiences I just can not. It's a wonderful, fun place for kids, if you have the place to yourself. NO ONE monitors their children. Huge foam blocks are thrown around, it's a mosh pit in the bounce house, and older children and their parents just have no regard for anyone else there. Parents sit on the side with their nose in their phones or books and let their children run WILD. I was hit today with things and so was my 6 month old, my 3 year old was tossed like a doll in the bounce house and had kids running up the slide over her. It was just unexceptable behavior on children, parents, and at some point the staffs part when you do not intervien when children are getting hurt. I'm sorry but after today I will not be returning after years of being a customer ☹️
The manager is great and he goes out of his way to make sure families/kids have a great time which we do everytime we go. The place is clean and the kids love it. Great place!
